Varicose Veins Management Masterclass
A one-day, case-based program at ADN CoE focused on practical varicose veins management, live clinical procedural demonstrations, and advanced decision-making in peripheral venous care.

Training Overview
Varicose Veins Management Masterclass is an intensive, one-day educational program designed to strengthen clinical decision-making and technical proficiency in the evaluation, diagnosis, and modern interventional treatment of chronic venous disease. Designed for medical professionals seeking to advance their phlebology practice, this masterclass combines morning theoretical foundations with afternoon live clinical case observations and hands-on practice.
The program begins with essential morning modules covering lower extremity venous anatomy, hemodynamics, cap-to-valve reflux mechanisms, and CEAP/VCSS clinical classification. Participants review step-by-step diagnostic workflows utilizing Duplex ultrasound mapping. The theoretical section thoroughly evaluates both thermal ablation techniques (EVLA, RFA) and non-thermal non-tumescent (NTNT) options—including Cyanoacrylate Glue, MOCA, and Ultrasound-Guided Foam Sclerotherapy—providing a structured framework for patient-tailored treatment selection.
The afternoon session shifts entirely to live clinical cases and hands-on execution. Participants observe live patient demonstrations featuring venous mapping, thermal/non-thermal ablation procedures, and sclerotherapy techniques in real time. Interactive case discussions focus on complex clinical presentations, including recurrent varicose veins, pelvic congestion syndrome, and post-thrombotic disease. Hands-on sessions emphasize live patient ultrasound mapping, vascular access, and cannula positioning under direct expert guidance.
By the end of this intensive program, participants will be able to perform systematic venous mapping, select optimal endovenous modalities, execute interventional workflows safely, and effectively manage post-procedural care and potential complications.
