Mission & Responsibilities

we have a very strong orientation toward teaching and learning, placing the utmost value on education to best serve patients and one another and that was the main idea from where  ADN CoE was born.

Our Responsibilities

  • To facilitate scientific debate among a faculty of renowned experts discussing highly relevant topics within their own specialty. ​to facilitate scientific debate among a faculty of renowned experts discussing highly relevant topics within their own specialty. 

  • To address specific needs of the small target audience by proposing therapy-specific training (diagnostic and/or procedure), e.g., image readings, device programming, complex case reviews, etc., and/or to discuss specific clinical cases, and share the experience.

  • To facilitate scientific debate among a faculty of renowned experts and with a large audience of HCPs, discussing highly relevant topics within their own specialty. Provide access from anywhere, at any time, to a large audience of HCPs to generate awareness around the latest medical-scientific topics.

  • To address specific needs of the small target audience by proposing therapy-specific training, e.g., therapy basics (diagnostic and/or procedure), live & remote clinical case observation, complex case reviews, etc.

  • Provide access from anywhere, at any time, to improve training effectiveness (time & cost savings)"

  • To address basic needs of individual learners by proposing therapy-specific training, e.g., therapy basics (diagnostic and/or procedure), safe product use, etc.

  • Provide access from anywhere, at any time, to improve training effectiveness (time & cost savings).

  • Enables to assess and level set individual learnings during their learning path."

  • To enhance trainee HCPs' procedural skills.

  • To increase patient safety and improve patient outcomes, by improving team effectiveness and performance.

  • To increase care pathway efficiency and improve patient outcomes, by improving team effectiveness and performance.

  • To enhance trainee HCPs procedural skills with observational patient case(s) sessions (e.g. in the operating theatre, Cath lab, Pig model, Cadaver model). It may contain theoretical (classroom) sessions.

  • To enhance mentee(s) procedural skills when operating procedures. It is primarily a patient case(s) session(s).

  • To gather medical-scientific/health-economic feedback from the healthcare community on the latest developments in specific disease areas.
