This training is designed for cath lab technicians, scrub nurses, circulating nurses, and ICU nurses involved in TAVI procedures.
🔹 Role-Specific Sessions: Strengthen your understanding of the technician and nursing roles within the TAVI pathway. Expert-led lectures will cover core responsibilities before, during, and after the procedure, including cath lab setup, sterile preparation, patient monitoring, and post-procedural care.
🔹 Interactive Case Discussions: Join real-world case discussions focused on TAVI team coordination, troubleshooting, and decision-making under pressure. Learn how to anticipate procedural needs, respond to complications, and communicate effectively with the lead interventionist.
🔹 Hands-on Workshops: Participate in guided simulation-based sessions using TAVI equipment, tools, and monitoring systems. Topics include device preparation, contrast and radiation handling, and emergency support drills tailored to nursing and technical staff.
🔹 Procedure Observation: Gain valuable perspective by observing live or recorded TAVI procedures with commentary from senior clinicians and team members, showcasing the seamless interaction between disciplines in a successful intervention.
🔹 Emergency Preparedness: Build readiness for intra-procedural crises through structured response training, including hemodynamic instability, arrhythmias, and device malfunction scenarios. Role-play and debriefs will be used to solidify response protocols.
