Training Overview
Orthopedic Rehabilitation & Biomechanics is a comprehensive educational program designed to strengthen the theoretical knowledge, clinical understanding, and decision-making abilities of healthcare professionals involved in orthopedic care and rehabilitation. Hosted at the ADN CoE Training, Research Center & Core Lab, this two-day program focuses on biomechanical principles and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies following orthopedic injuries and surgical procedures.
The course covers core topics including musculoskeletal biomechanics, joint kinematics, load distribution, functional anatomy, postoperative rehabilitation principles, injury-specific rehabilitation protocols, patient assessment, return-to-function criteria, and prevention of re-injury. Emphasis is placed on understanding biomechanical mechanisms, optimizing rehabilitation planning, and improving functional outcomes.
Through expert-led lectures and structured case-based discussions, participants review orthopedic rehabilitation cases, enhancing their understanding of treatment strategies, functional progression, and interdisciplinary decision-making.
