Multimodal Integration in Brain Imaging
A two-day, simulation-based neuroimaging program at ADN CoE focused on mastering multimodal data integration using MRI, PET, and EEG for comprehensive brain mapping, advanced diagnostics, and clinical decision support.

Training Overview
Multimodal Integration in Brain Imaging Training is an advanced, simulation-based educational program designed for neuroradiologists, neuroscientists, and imaging professionals seeking to master the integration of MRI, PET, and EEG data for advanced neuroimaging analysis and interpretation. This two-day course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of multimodal imaging fusion, quantitative analysis, and AI-driven interpretation for precise assessment of brain structure and function.
The program begins with detailed sessions on the principles of multimodal imaging—covering anatomical MRI, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), functional MRI (fMRI), PET metabolic imaging, and EEG source localization. Participants will gain practical, hands-on experience integrating these data modalities using advanced simulation platforms that replicate real-world clinical and research workflows.
Through interactive workshops and simulation-based exercises, attendees will learn to co-register multimodal datasets, perform cross-modality correlation, and extract meaningful biomarkers for both research and clinical applications. Special emphasis is placed on workflow optimization, quality assurance, and multimodal fusion techniques for neurological and psychiatric disorder evaluation.
Participants will work with anonymized multimodal datasets to simulate real patient case analyses, identifying complex connectivity patterns, metabolic abnormalities, and functional disruptions. Expert faculty will guide participants through AI-assisted analysis pipelines, demonstrating how machine learning can enhance multimodal interpretation accuracy and reproducibility.
By the end of the training, attendees will possess advanced technical and analytical skills to perform integrated, quantitative, and clinically relevant multimodal neuroimaging analyses, bridging structural, functional, and metabolic brain insights.
