Attire
Business casual attire is recommended for all participants. For hands-on cath lab observation sessions, surgical attire including scrubs, gowns, and caps will be provided by the training team. Please note: Our facility is a non-smoking, green-certified building. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises and in all outdoor areas adjacent to the building.

Payment Terms
All course registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Please note that credit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 4.29%, which will be added to the total payment amount.
Any bank transfer fees or charges, especially for international payments, are the responsibility of the participant.
Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to trainings@adncoe.com.
Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:
More than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 5%.
Between 15 and 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or partial attendance.
Transfer of Registration
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual from the same institution with prior written approval from ADN CoE, provided the request is made at least 10 days before the course start date.
Course Postponement or Cancellation
ADN CoE reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation by ADN CoE, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date.
Non-Transferable Fees
Payment made for the course is non-transferable to other courses or services unless otherwise approved by ADN CoE.
