An Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship is a specialized training program designed for doctors who wish to advance their knowledge and expertise in the field of plastic surgery. During the fellowship, doctors will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced plastic surgeons and aesthetic specialists to develop their skills in surgical and non-surgical procedures that improve the appearance and function of the body.

Through a combination of clinical rotations, didactic lectures, and research opportunities, fellows will gain a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery. Fellows will learn about the latest techniques and technologies in surgical and non-surgical procedures for the face, body, and breasts, as well as how to provide patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

During the fellowship, doctors will also have the opportunity to work with patients who have suffered from traumatic injuries, congenital abnormalities, and other conditions that require reconstructive surgery. Fellows will learn how to effectively communicate with patients and their families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.

At the completion of the Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship, doctors will be well-prepared to pursue a career as a plastic surgeon, cosmetic surgeon, or reconstructive surgeon, and will have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to their patients.
