Through a combination of clinical rotations, didactic lectures, and hands-on experiences, fellows will gain a deep understanding of the latest advances in ablation techniques. This includes the use of various ablative modalities such as radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation, cryoablation, and irreversible electroporation in the treatment of tumors and other medical conditions.

Fellows will learn to evaluate patients thoroughly, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform ablation procedures under the guidance of experienced mentors. They will also have the opportunity to participate in research projects to advance the field of ablation therapies.

Throughout the fellowship, physicians will work with patients requiring specialized care, such as those with liver tumors, lung tumors, renal tumors, or atrial fibrillation. Fellows will develop skills in patient communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, and comprehensive care delivery.

Upon completion of the Ablation Techniques Fellowship, physicians will be equipped to pursue a career as an expert in ablation therapies. They will possess the skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
