Dr. Mustafa Yildiz MD, Ph.D. is working at the Department of Cardiology at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Cardiology Institute and Saglik Bilimleri as well qs Mehmet Akif Ersoy Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital.

He studied the Department of Cardiology at Rostock University Medical Faculty (via TUBITAK) and Koşuyolu Heart Hospital. He specialized in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Physiology (Ph.D.). Also, he has studied Sports Cardiology and Physiology. He has a European Cardiology degree. His major study areas are advanced interventional cardiology, advanced interventional cardiac electrophysiology and ablation-device therapy, sports cardiology; and non-invasive cardiology (especially real-time 3D transesophageal echocardiography).
