He graduated from Abant İzzet Baysal University and then made his Ph.D. in physiology at Selçuk University. He made a fellowship in the cardiology department at Heidelberg University. As well as interventional Cardiology, Cardiac and Vascular Sciences at the St George's University of London. He was an internal medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. He also worked at Hacettepe University. Currently, he is a cardiologist at Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Institute Of Cardiology.
