The fellowship offers a blend of clinical rotations, educational seminars, and research opportunities to provide a comprehensive understanding of the latest advancements in pediatric urology. Fellows gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of pediatric urological conditions, including but not limited to, congenital anomalies of the genitourinary tract, urinary tract infections, voiding dysfunction, and urologic oncology in children.

Fellows also learn to perform advanced pediatric urological procedures, including minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopy, and robotic surgery. They develop expertise in managing complex cases, conducting thorough patient evaluations, and creating individualized treatment plans that consider a child's unique medical needs and developmental stage.

Communication skills are emphasized throughout the fellowship, as fellows learn to effectively communicate with young patients and their families, providing compassionate care and ensuring that families understand the treatment options and care plans.
